Loan purpose

Help in renovations, procure materials and finishing construction of housing works. Interest is charged on a flat rate basis.

Client eligibility

Age: 18 years and above People who already have structures/construction plans in place and on-going building works Collateral Security for the loan

Loan range

200,000 shillings- 30,000,000 shillings

Loan period

3-24 months Repayment frequency Monthly/Termly for Schools
